Overview
This topic describes how to add Postpress charges to Offset, Digital, and Copy Quotes.
Postpress Entry Window

Step by Step
| 1. |
| 2. | Click the Quantities button or press F12. Enter 1,000, 2,500, and 5,000, then click Ok. |
| 3. | In the black bar at the top, left-click 1,000. That will make 1,000 the quantity for which prices are displayed in the Postpress Entry window. |
| 4. | Click the F7 button. |
| 5. | Select Fold, then change the fold quantity to 500. You'll see the key turn red. That tells us that we have a Lock Quantity for folding. In other words, the customer wants only 500 sheets folded, the rest delivered flat. |
| 6. | Click the Perf/Score tab, then select "Straight." If scoring is unavailable, it means we're printing on ineligible paper, something less than cover-weight. ![]() |
| 7. | Click the Laminate/Number/Pad tab, then check Pad. We'll leave the default of 20 pads, 50 sheets per pad, that's being used for the 1,000 quantity.![]() |

Because we added padding, we can no longer have folding. It's gone from the price display. Morning Flight knows you can't pad and fold at the same time. Automation, for the most part, does its work quietly and behind the scenes. This is one of the few times where it operates out in the open.
| 8. | Click the Stamp tab. Select Foilstamp and new 4x5" Die, then click Ok.![]() |

If the New Die checkbox is unavailable, it means the job is being reprinted without changes.
Zooming in

In the Print Quote window, click the Postpress row in the gray panel to double-check your entries. If an icon is shown in red, the quantity for that operation is locked. Here, only part of the run is being folded.
