3.Click the up arrow to select the lowest quantity. Most likely, the price for that quantity is different from the price you're charging now for black digital (excluding paper). Keep adjusting the hourly press rate and click charges until the new price comes close to your current price. Write down the quantity, hourly press rate, click charges, and price.
4.Click the up arrow to select the next two quantities, then repeat the price adjustment described in step three.

ANote
Consumables, click charges, and all other amounts in the light gray panel are prices, not costs. They're what you charge your customers, not what the vendor charges you. Note that the price in the upper black panel updates as you type. This speeds up finding the right hourly rate. Quantities used are the same as your personal preference for quotes.

At this point, you'll have a total of three rates for three different quantities. Those rates will vary, but with luck they'll be close and you'll have an easy time deciding on a happy medium. In the table below, $85.00 would be a good starting point ($255.20, the total of all three hourly rates, divided by three).

As you would expect, there can be only one press rate and one click charge for black digital. Once you're satisfied with your black prices, repeat the process for digital color.
