Pricing Bookbinding

Overview
This topic describes how to price bookbinding for offset, digital, and copies.
1.
From the main menu, click the My Shop button.
2.In My Shop, click the Bookbinding button.
3.Click each tab and enter the prices you charge for Collating, Saddlestitching, Perfectbinding, Stapling, and GBC/Coil/Wire binding.
4.Click the Size Limits button. Enter the minimum and maximum sheet sizes your bookbinding equipment can accommodate.
If you need to set up custom bindery, click the My Bind tab, check Custom Binding, and enter the price you're going to charge per book.
For custom pads or carbonless forms where
•the copy or run configuration may differ between sheets,
•the sheets may be of different size, coating, or color,
•the carbonless form may have a heavy backer,
check Custom Padding to make that option available for quoting.
Custom binding and padding are derived from GBC/Coil/Wire and use a similar pricing formula. Covers are presumed to be flat, not wraparound.
