This topic describes how to quote a custom offset product.

Step by Step

 

ButtonPricerFrom the main menu, click the Quote button.

Click the F2 button, then double-click Note Sheets, 3-1/2x8-1/2, 3-up.

ANote

When you define a custom product, first select a standard product that has properties similar to the one you're defining. That way the custom product will inherit the standard product's properties. It's usually easier to modify an existing product than to define a new one from scratch.
 

Click the button to the right of the F2 button, or hold down the Ctrl-Key and press F2.

Enter "Coupons" in the Name field.

Click the Size button and change the product size to 3x8".

Click the Properties button. Move the Spoilage slider to High. Click OK.

Back in the custom product window, press the Bleed button.

Click the 1/8" radio button, then clear the Left and Right fields. Click OK.

Click the Press Sheet button and change the press sheet size to 11x17".

In the print quote window, click the white Product panel to open a product zoom window where you can view the results of Morning Flight's behind-the-scenes calculations. The red indent on the Ctrl-F2 button tells us this is a custom product.
