Quoting Offset

 

 

Overview

 

This topic assumes you've completed "Your First Quote." If you haven't, not a problem, but buckle your seatbelt. This ride will be quicker.

Making the Letterhead Quote

 

ButtonPricerFrom the main menu, click the Quote Printing button.

Click the F2 button, then double-click Letterheads.

In the print quote window, click the F3 button, then double-click 24 lb. Classic Laid, Avon Brilliant White.

Click the F4 button, then select Black plus Color and click OK.

Enter PMS 109 and click OK.

ButtonQuantityIn the print quote window, click the Quantities button or press F12.

Enter the quantities and click OK.

 

Saving the Quote

 

ButtonRolodexIn the print quote window, click the Rolodex button (the one on top, inside the black panel).

ButtonAddIf you've completed "Your First Quote," you will have at least one customer to double-click on. Pick anyone. If you haven't, the window will come up empty. Click the Add button, then enter any name in the Company field and click OK.

Click OK in the print quote window to save the quote.

 

Making the Envelope Quote

 

ButtonPasteWhile the print quote window is still open, click the Paste Ink Colors button.

Click the F2 button.

Click Envelopes in the black panel on the right, then double-click Envelopes, Size 10.

Click the F3 button, then double-click 24 lb. Classic Laid, Avon Brilliant White.

Click OK to save the quote, then close the print quote window.
