Overview

Managing orders with software prevents transcription errors. It's one of the biggest benefits of using an MIS. Computers aren't overly bright, but they do one thing exceedingly well, and that's copy stuff. There's no chance even the most basic box would ever read a PMS 185 ink color from a previous order and write it down as PMS 186.

Combine that with the one-button ease of repeating orders, and you realize anew, this is why we switched!

Repeating an order comes down to clicking Enter Order > Repeat Order on the main menu, selecting the order you want to repeat, then filling in the new due date and PO number. Not much else I can tell you. If you check the red circle, you'll note that the price adjustment in the original order has been carried over into the reorder.
