Viewing and Printing

Overview

ButtonZoomViewing in Morning Flight is straightforward and standard computer fare. Click "View" on the main menu, then double-click the item you want to view. Or, highlight it and click the camera button at the bottom of the browse window.

ViewQuotes1

Because viewing and printing often go hand in hand, you'll find a print button right next to the buttons for searching and zooming on many of Morning Flight's browse windows.

Printing1

That's convenient for printing a single document, such as a price sheet or an estimate. Doesn't work when you need a list of things, like a printout of all your customers. In that case, click "Print" on the main menu, select the list, then set the appropriate range filters.

Viewing up close

Zooming in, drilling down - whatever label may be in vogue today, displaying information in layers helps minimize the clutter on your monitor. Here are examples of how to get detailed views in Morning Flight.

Mini-Zoom

In the quote view window above you get a mini-zoom version of the quote without ever having to leave the window. The product description, paper name, ink colors, and all three quantities and prices are always in full view in the black panel on the right. The display updates as you browse. If you do need to see more, click the Camera button to open the full zoom window.
