Adding Custom Prepress

Overview
This topic describes how to add custom prepress charges to offset, digital, and copy quotes.
Step by Step
1.
From the main menu, click the Quote Printing button.
2.Click the F6 button.
3.Click the My Prepress tab, then check My Prep 1.
4.Double-click the custom prepress item you would like to add to your quote.
5.Back in the prepress entry window, enter 2 in the quantity box pointed to by the arrow.
6.Click OK.
If the My Prepress window comes up empty, you can add a custom prepress item on the spot by clicking the add button. Any custom prepress item you create for this quote will be available for future quotes and orders as well.
